P. Terrence Moore, MD FAASM received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Centenary College of Louisiana and his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his residency in Neurology at the LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He was proctored in Sleep Medicine by Michael Dickel, Ph.D. at the VA in Long Beach California. He completed Board Certification by the American Board of Sleep Medicine in 1995 and successfully passed the latest board exam in Sleep Medicine under the aegis of American Board of Internal Medicine in 2009.
